A false leaflet claiming that a hairdresser in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul had an affair was posted, and the party complained of extreme damage.

According to MBC’s ‘True Story Exploration Team’ on the 9th, Mr. A, who was running a beauty salon, said that he suffered a lot of damage from a leaflet slandering him as an affair.

A leaflet that appeared in October of last year contained slanderous comments that included the hairdresser’s name, photo, social media address, and even phone number.

After posting the flyer on her Instagram account, Mr. A complained of damage, saying, “There were flyers with this kind of information scattered around the hairdresser and the salon.”

The woman caught on CCTV, who is it? I’m not the manager

A filed a complaint with the police a few days later.

The woman, caught on a nearby closed circuit (CCTV) video, was wearing gloves while covering her face with a black hat and mask. Person A saw that he was not an acquaintance he knew.

About a month following the first flyers were posted, I received a report saying that the flyers were posted in the neighborhood. A’s family said that they had taken off flyers in the neighborhood all night.

The family suspected that someone wanted to enter the salon, but the work was done because the rights and fees were burdened. It is argued that Mr. A was trying to make him leave on his own, damaging his social reputation.

A’s husband “It seems like he keeps slandering me to make him leave the hairdresser arbitrarily”

According to Mr. A’s family, the flyer was attached the day that another company told Mr. A whether he was thinking of opening a hairdresser. Also, two weeks following the flyer was posted, I got a call from the real estate agent.

Mr. A’s husband said, “From our point of view, someone wants to enter the salon, but just letting them out increases the cost of the rights and expenses, so they seem to keep slandering them to make them go out arbitrarily as much as possible.”

Person A complained of mental pain and was upset, saying, “I hid the leaflet case to avoid hurting puberty children.”

“According to the Criminal Act, a crime of insult or defamation by publication, etc. is established.”

Oh Yun-seong, a professor of police administration at Soonchunhyang University, said, “Adults attach work to children’s schools? “This is a demonic idea,” he said.

However, he pointed out, “The victim himself is so frustrated that he thinks of people from shopping malls, Heungshinso, and real estate, but the process is too complicated for people who work in the same shopping mall to print, write, tape, and do these things.”

Lawyer Park Ji-hoon explained, “For whatever reason, offenses of insult or defamation by publication are established under the Criminal Act.”

On the other hand, Mr. A said that following consulting with his family, he reported the incident to the broadcasting company.
