The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Zionist occupation forces storming the city of Jenin and its camp and committing a massacre there.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry said, “The occupying power and its terrorist government add this massacre to its record of acts of aggression and killing.”
The Syrian Foreign Ministry also called on member states of the United Nations to take urgent action to put an end to Israeli crimes and to hold Israel accountable for them.
Yesterday, Thursday, the occupation forces launched a major aggression once morest the Jenin refugee camp, in the northern West Bank, killing 10 Palestinians, including a woman, in addition to the injury of 20 others with live bullets, including 4 in serious condition, and dozens of suffocation injuries as a result of the occupation’s storming of Jenin Governmental Hospital. .
In response to the aggression, the spokesman for the Palestinian presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, said that the Palestinian Authority had stopped security coordination with “Israel” in the occupied West Bank, following the Zionist aggression on the Jenin camp.
After the Jenin massacre, there was a series of Arab and Islamic condemnations, as the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community to “take swift and urgent action to stop the continuing” Israeli “violations, and to provide full protection for the Palestinian people.”
The Sultanate of Oman also called on the international community to “assume its responsibilities regarding stopping the escalation, supporting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to end the occupation, and achieve a just and comprehensive” peace,” as it put it.
In turn, the Speaker of the Jordanian Parliament, Ahmed Al-Safadi, said, “The criminal actions of the occupation authorities in Jenin, which led to the death of 10 Palestinians, prove that the occupier only believes in the approach of brutality and the permissibility of Palestinian blood, and the assault on the resolutions of international legitimacy.”
For its part, the political bureau of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement said, “The Palestinian people refuse, with all pride and dignity, except to remind the peoples of the region of the sacred cause of the nation, offering 10 martyrs and dozens of wounded people from the Jenin camp.”
