The Grenoble start-up GreenWaves raises 20 million euros to produce its embedded AI chip

GreenWaves Technologies is developing a sober chip for embedded artificial intelligence applications in connected objects. This young Grenoble company announced on Thursday February 2 that it had completed a new funding round of 20 million euros, bringing the amount of funds raised since its creation to around 32 million euros. Investors include Thales, Soitec, the Ministry of the Armed Forces (via the Definvest fund), Bpifrance (via the French Tech Seed Fund) and the French investment fund Innovacom. ” This is our third fundraiser, specifies to L’Usine Nouvelle Loïc Lietar, co-founder and general manager of the start-up. It brings the amount of funds made available to us to around 45 million euros, including the research tax credit, grants and guaranteed loans..”
