Like every year, September will be the month in which we will know what Apple has prepared with the nuevo iPhone 14. We have, therefore, a long stretch of rumors and leaks until we see definitively what the Cupertino brand has ended up designing. One of the novelties for the 2022 edition has a lot to do with a finish that will make the iPhone 14 a coveted model and that may give some Android users reasons to switch to this manufacturer tan particular.
What the iPhone 14 will bring
Around the year 2013, with the launch of the iPhone 5s, when Apple had the great idea of introducing a colorful golden with champagne touches. This model was a real success and it was quite difficult to obtain, given the high demand. For the new iPhone 14 it is expected that Apple incorporates this color, although with a slightly darker tone. A true nod to a successful model that is sure to be highly demanded by the company’s customers once more.
The iPhone 14 will be apparently similar in design, although we may find interesting news. On the one hand, the famous notch that was so criticized would disappear, but not completely. Instead, there would be a small pill-shaped hole, much more discreet than today. But Apple has not managed to make the notch noticeably smaller in 5 years, it already did it last year with the iPhone 13. The appearance of it occurred in the iPhone X of 2017, and it was not a whim, it is simply the module that incorporates the biometric recognition system that allows Face ID to work.
Apple will release four different iPhone 14 models, but the Pro models will be noticeably better than the ones without this decline. For example, the camera sensor of the pro models will reach 48 Mpx and these models will also have the A16 bionic chip. So we’ll have one well-differentiated range within the 14 series itself, something that is being quite criticized by the technology community and various analysts. The rear camera system of the iPhone 14, made up of three lenses, seems to be completely at the level of the phone’s body, not as it has been since the iPhone 11 of 2019.
On the other hand, this year seems to be the last of the Lightning connector, which will end up giving way to legal imperative to the USB-C standard. There are also some rumors that the iPhone 14 would no longer have a physical SIM card, only e SIM. This rumor seems that it would not have much travel, since not all operators in Spain offer this electronic card format, so it would have to be incorporated between now and September, which seems quite unlikely. In any case, as the summer season progresses we will be able to see how these rumors are finishing taking shape or are simply discarded. The iPhone 14 looks like it might have already entered production at Foxconn’s Chinese factory.
