By virtue of Section 6, paragraph one of the Hospital Act, B.E. 2541 and Section 37/1 of the Hospital Act, B.E. 2541 as amended by the Hospital Act (No. 4), B.E. 2559, Minister Minister of Public Health with the recommendation of the Board of Healthcare therefore announced as follows Clause 1, this announcement is called “Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Prescribing Emergency Patients with Dangerous Communicable Diseases under the Act on Communicable Diseases In the case of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (No. 3)” Clause 2, this Notification shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette, Clause 3.
