The government has just unveiled the major employment guidelines for next year. According to the framework note relating to the 2023 Finance Bill, the Executive will continue the programs initiated within the framework of its mandate, in particular through the implementation of the “Awrach” program which aims to create some 250,000 jobs over the the years 2022 and 2023. The framework letter also announces the government’s determination to encourage the initiatives of young entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector and to continue the implementation of the “Intilaka” program, in addition to the “Forsa” program consisting in supporting individual initiatives, via support and training throughout the project implementation phases and to grant honorary loans without preconditions. According to the same document, particular interest will also be given to improving the employability of women, in application of the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, during his speech on the occasion of the Throne Day .

In this sense, the government will work, in collaboration with all stakeholders, to activate the various constitutional institutions concerned with the rights of the family and women, and update national mechanisms and legislation to advance their status. . It will also be a question of solving the dysfunctions which hinder the correct and complete application of the provisions of the Family Code. The government will also strive to generalize family courts throughout the national territory and to provide them with the qualified human resources and means necessary to accomplish their missions under the required conditions. According to the framework note, more efforts will be made to raise the economic activity rate of women, by taking measures to give this category of the population more employment opportunities within the framework of the programs ” Awrach” and “Forsa” and in the various sectoral strategies, on the one hand, and enable them to overcome the obstacles that hinder their economic integration, on the other hand, particularly in terms of training, social gaps and difficulty of balance between personal and professional life. On another note, it will be a question of implementing the orientations of the new development model, by strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of the institutional system dedicated to Moroccans around the world, by mobilizing their skills in the service of the development and influence of the Morocco, and by encouraging investments by Moroccans around the world in the Kingdom through a proactive communication policy.
