Tomorrow, Thursday, a government council will convene, headed by Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government.

A statement from the Prime Ministry stated that the Council will initially study a draft decree on defining the competencies and organizing the national education and early childhood education sector, followed by a draft decree on the basic system for employees of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Following this, the same source added, the Council will study a set of draft decrees related to amending the texts issued regarding the basic system for the joint inter-ministerial board of administrators, the basic system for the joint inter-ministerial board of engineers and architects, the basic system for the joint inter-ministerial board of editors, determining the compensation system for the joint inter-ministerial board of technicians, the basic system for the joint inter-ministerial board of administrative assistants, and the basic system for the joint inter-ministerial board of technical assistants.

The Council will also study draft decrees related to amending the texts issued regarding the basic system of the joint inter-ministerial trainers’ body for vocational training institutions, determining the compensation system for some public administration employees, creating compensation for administrative progression for the benefit of employees and executives of the central administration, employees involved in public administrations, and employees of special executives in some ministries, and the basic system of the General Inspectorate of Finance.

The draft decrees also amend the basic system for employees of the House of Representatives, the basic system for employees of the Council of Advisors, the basic system for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, the creation of a body for legal advisors to departments at the General Secretariat of the Government, the determination of compensations and benefits granted to judges of the first, second and third degrees, the determination of compensations and benefits granted to judges of the exceptional and excellent degrees, the determination of compensations and benefits granted to judges outside the degree, the basic system for the clerk of the court, the basic system for the prison and reintegration administration employees, the basic system for employees of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, the basic system for employees of the Customs and Indirect Tax Administration, the determination of compensations and benefits granted to judges of the financial courts, the determination of the basic system for employees of the Competition Council, the creation of a senior position for a person in charge of studies in various ministries, and the basic system for the labor inspection body.

It also concerns changing the basic system for National Security personnel, determining the methods for implementing the provisions of the basic system for members of the auxiliary forces, determining the methods for implementing the basic system for civil protection personnel and doctors working in the General Directorate of Civil Protection and its external services, determining the salaries of military personnel receiving a monthly salary from the Royal Armed Forces, determining the system of wages, food and transportation expenses for military personnel in the Royal Armed Forces receiving a special progressive salary, as well as the rules of administration and accounting related to this, and finally the basic system for employees of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs.

The statement indicated that the Council will conclude its work by studying proposals for appointment to senior positions in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
