This project comes, according to the Government Council’s report, in implementation of some provisions of the first section of Law No. 40.13 related to civil aviation, as many of its provisions were referred to regulatory texts in order to determine the technical standards and conditions for accreditation of persons working in the fields of aircraft design, production, maintenance, and management of maintaining their suitability. This draft decree aims to specify the technical specifications that must be respected by persons wishing to obtain the accreditation granted by the governmental authority in charge of civil aviation in order to carry out the process of designing, producing and maintaining aircraft in Morocco.
