Ouagadougou, July 19, 2022 – The Minister of Health and Public Hygiene, Robert Kargougou announced Tuesday, during a press briefing, the opening as soon as possible of professional examinations for the benefit of his agents. department.

The Minister of Health and Public Hygiene, Rober Kargougou was this Tuesday in Ouagadougou, facing the men and women of the media to discuss the subject of social dialogue with the social partners, initiated since taking office in the department. on March 9.

According to him, the Ministry of Health plans very soon to open professional examinations for the benefit of health attachés, state-certified nurses, midwives, animal husbandry and human health advisers.

Minister Kargougou, who had by his side his colleagues in charge of the Civil Service, Bassolma Bazié and that of Animal Resources, Délwendé Innocent Kiba, also made a case for the restoration of the decorations withdrawn and the restitution of the sums withheld for strike in 2019 .

He says he wants to regularize the declaration of contract workers from the health districts to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and the clearance of the liability for incentive bonuses at the level of the National Center for Blood Transfusion (CNTS).

Rober Kargougou clarified that in view of the national context, workers in areas with strong security challenges whose salaries have been suspended for abandonment of post will be reimbursed.

In his opinion, exchanges made it possible to garner a number of achievements for the smooth running of health services.

For the Minister, the State undertakes to maintain dialogue with all the social partners in order to find consensual solutions to improve the living and working conditions of workers.

The Minister in charge of the Public Service Bassolma Bazié, for his part, explained that the health attachés will be reclassified to category A1 at the end of their professional examinations.
