Yesterday Xiaomi began to deploy the Global version of MIUI 13. A long-awaited update that as usual is cut in benefits, including less news than we can find in the version aimed at China.
Although MIUI 13 was presented in China along with a large number of new features, especially at the visual level, the Global version lacks some important features as are the new smart widget store.
The Global version of MIUI 13 is cut in features
As we can read through MIUIesXiaomi has released the Global version of MIUI 13 without part of the news that we saw during its debut in China. The new widget store, for example, is missing in this first update, as is the new system font that if we find in the Chinese ROM.
The new Control Center also does not appear in the Global version of MIUI 13, just like Mi Smart Hub. Of course, news such as the new dynamic wallpapers or the new one-handed mode have been included.
The Global version of MIUI 13, it seems, focuses on improving performance, optimizing system operation. It will be necessary to see if with the next updates these novelties end up reaching the MIUI Global and European ROM or if instead they remain exclusively for the Chinese ROM.
