with french flavor
On the second floor of the hotel, guests will be able to enjoy the French-inspired cuisine of Chef Gabriel Kreuther. Inspired by the gastronomy of the French region of Alsace. Kreuther’s style throughout her celebrated career has been tied to her Alsatian heritage and classic French culinary technique. Its culinary approach is driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence and infused with thoughtful craftsmanship and luxury – the same defining qualities synonymous with the Baccarat name, both as a world-class hotel and artisans, whose legendary factory is close to the home of the Kreuther’s childhood.
Chef Kreuther’s offerings offer new dishes created exclusively for this hotel, along with various Alsatian signatures from his namesake Restaurant Gabriel Kreuther.
