The future residence with services for Senior Eiffage / Montana in Compiègne is unveiled

Less than a year following the signing of the contract, the work is progressing well. The structural work, carried out by Eiffage-Construction as part of our unique builder-developer model, ended this summer, for delivery in the spring of 2022. Born from a desire by the City of Compiègne to be able to benefit from the establishment of a residence high-end private home for the elderly, the project was entrusted in co-promotion to Eiffage Real Estate (70%) and Montana (30%) through the Société Civile de Construction-Vente (SCCV) des Sablons.

The 130 premium accommodations will be operated by Montana, spread over nearly 10,000m² of floor space, and will offer top-of-the-range services and equipment: swimming pool, spa, kitchen and catering area.

Designed by Michel MASTANDREAS, the project integrates wooden elements (joinery and swing shutters), a slate roof, stone facing and facade coating.

The operation, both in terms of its architecture and the high-end clientele targeted, won over the City. The building is subject to the validation of the Architects of the Buildings of France in order to preserve the architecture of Compiègne, rich in history.

In addition to its architectural quality, the environmental aspect is at the heart of this project which aims for NF Habitat HQE 6* certification and the RT 2012-20% standard.

Eiffage, through this senior residenceconfirms its position as a historic player in Compiègne in both real estate and construction.

Congratulations to our teams from Eiffage Construction and Eiffage Immobilier for this past stage which will have mobilized up to 22 Compagnons en pointe, and thank you to our partners:
– architect: Michel MASTANDREAS
– Technical and SPS controller: SOCOTEC
– Investors: NATIXIS and COVEA
