This measure, which falls within the framework of the decisions taken in March with a view to relieving households in the face of soaring energy prices, is coming to an end: the fuel oil check is available this Thursday .
“More than one in five Belgians heats with oil or propane. To help them when prices reach peaks, the government has released a budget of 210 million euros”, recalled the Minister of the Economy. Pierre-Yves Dermagne.
How to do?
From this Thursday, individuals can submit their request, via an online form on the website of the FPS Economy or a paper form available from its supplier, the municipalities and the FPS Economy.
Households are also asked to provide a copy of the invoice, proof of payment with account number and national register number.
You can also print the form to complete or ask your distributor. Return it duly completed to the FPS Economy by registered mail to the following postal address:
– Standard Form A (for individual accommodation) can be downloaded below.
– The Type B Form (for accommodation that is part of a condominium) can be downloaded below.
Until when?
The deadline for submitting forms has been extended. Applications may be submitted until January 10, 2023 . The FPS Economy will rule on the admissibility of the request no later than March 15, 2023.
