Donald Trump is getting more and more into trouble. In the investigative committee investigating the storming of the Capitol, Cassidy Hutchinson, a former White House staffer, heavily incriminated the former president. According to the witness, Trump encouraged his supporters to march toward the Capitol, even though he knew some of his supporters were armed. Trump is also said to have commented positively on hanging then-Vice President Mike Pence. However, only the Department of Justice can decide whether there will be an investigation once morest Trump, whether there is enough evidence. The statements of the former employee hold enormous explosive force. Can the “survivor” Trump continue to hold his own politically and aim for a presidential candidacy in 2024, or are more and more supporters turning away from him? The time will tell.
