The former imam of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, Adel Al-Kalbani, enters the controversy over the authenticity of the hadith of fasting on the day of Arafa.. He tweets about “the change in the feelings of Hajj” since 1408 AH.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Adel Al-Kalbani, the former imam of the Great Mosque of Mecca, entered the line of controversy raised on social media regarding the authenticity of the hadith on the virtue of fasting on the Day of Arafa.

This came in a tweet by Al-Kalbani on his page on the social networking site, Twitter, in which he said: “Fasting the day of Arafat is fixed in the two Sahihs and others.

In a separate context, Al-Kalbani published a series of tweets in which he addressed the change in the feelings of the pilgrimage since the year 1408 AH (1988 AD), the date on which he performed his first obligatory pilgrimage to this day.

He said: “Hajj in a few tweets. 1- I performed the obligatory pilgrimage in 1408, that is, 35 years ago, and then performed Hajj for the second time in 1411, so the difference was 3 years. The change in 3 years was clear.. Hajj campaigns began to appear on the reality of pilgrims and facilitation and entertainment began through them. I performed Hajj for 30 consecutive years until the year 1440 in various campaigns, different circumstances and volatile events, and everyone with two eyes will be astounded by the change in feelings for the better year following year, and he will not forget what it was like to throw the great obstacle before the Great Jamarat and how it became following.”

He continued, “We performed pilgrimages on buses for a time, and then on the train of feelings for years. By God, a fair man cannot deny what his eyes see or what he faces in the development in all areas of Hajj before arriving at departure. When we say feelings, it is a saying that includes the Grand Mosque and the roads to it, and I do not think No one has seen the effort exerted in its building and its expansion and the services emanating technically and non-technically in the Two Holy Mosques.. Of course, all government agencies and others participate in the Hajj season, each in its own right, and the work is intertwined as hands intertwine to provide the best possible for the comfort of the pilgrim, the visitor, and the visitor. Everyone is honored to serve the guest of Rahman. .

He added: “We will not deny that the efforts made are human, so human failings must suffer from them, but the fair person differentiates between shortcomings and shortcomings. If there are shortcomings, there is no doubt that there is no shortcoming, and mistakes are forgiven for those who did their best and tried their best… It is unfair to these efforts made in managing pilgrims. To be compared to other tourist crowd management in any part of the earth! The management of the pilgrims crowds is governed by a limited time and place, and the arrivals share a specific time to leave almost every ritual.. All thanks, prayers, appreciation and good praise to all the rulers who went to their Lord, starting from the founder through his sons, kings, princes and ministers. Those who paved the way and removed harm from him, may God have mercy on them all and forgive them and reward them on our behalf.”

He continued: “Thanks and prayers are extended and extended to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, his trusted Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and their rational government for the effort they are making and working to complete the march and enrich it with what it finds of science, technology and facilities… In conclusion, I say in short: The effort made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia – may God bless it – a government and people that not only made Hajj safe, but also made it fun, excursion, comfort and ease, which is witnessed by every fair pilgrim who performed Hajj before and following Hajj. This is, and God is behind the intention.
