A forensic report on the death of a girl following she fell from the balcony of her house on the fifth floor in Heliopolis revealed that the girl was subjected to physical assault before falling from the balcony of the house, as several bruises and abrasions were evident in different parts of her body, indicating that she had been assaulted. There are no criminal charges in the incident.
It was also found through the investigations launched by the Public Prosecution that the mother of the deceased girl was the one who assaulted her before she fell from the balcony of her house with the intention of disciplining her due to family disputes between them, which forced her to try to escape from the severity of the assault, so she lost her balance and fell from the balcony of the house and died before being transferred to the hospital for treatment.

On examination, it was found that the body of a girl in her thirties was found, and by conducting investigations and asking the friends of the deceased, it was found that she had been in a state of depression recently due to disagreements with her family.
