Today, Wednesday, the Football Association announced that it had invited 48 players, whom it described as Egyptian football legends, to attend the first leg match once morest Senegal.
Next Friday, the national team will host its Senegalese counterpart in the decisive round of African qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The list of invitees came – according to a statement issued by the Football Association – as follows: Ahmed Al-Kas, Hosni Abd Rabo, Hossam Hassan, Mohamed Naji Gedo, Imad Miteb, Abdel Halim Ali, Amr Zaki, Ahmed Hassan, Taher Abu Zaid, Ashraf Qassem, Hani Ramzy, Tarek Mostafa, Medhat Abdel Hadi, Nader El-Sayed, Magdy Abdel-Ghani, Hisham Yakan, Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed, Yasser Rayan, Osama Nabih, Mohamed Youssef, Ibrahim Hassan, Samir Kamouna, Gamal Abdel-Hamid, Ahmed Schubert, Abdel-Sattar Sabry, Hani Saeed, Mahmoud Fathallah, Muhammad Homs, Tariq al-Sayed, Shadi Muhammad, Ahmad Abd al-Malik, Sayed Moawad, Muhammad Zaidan, Rabie Yassin, Yasser Radwan, Ahmad Hossam (Mido), Ibrahim Saeed, Abd al-Sattar Sabri, Mutasim Salem, Tariq Yahya, Muhammad Fadl , Hossam Ghaly, Muhammad Omar, Hamada Sedky, Shawqi Gharib, Sami Al-Shishini, Muhammad Emara and Ismail Youssef.
