But here are some habits in 60+ years that have the worst effect on human health.

Thinking depression with aging is normal. Scientists say that approximately 33 percent of people who are 60+ feel happier than those who are 30 or older. If you feel anxious or have signs of depression, see a specialist.

Refuse to play sports. At the age of 60+, there are a large number of activities that will help strengthen the heart, improve cognitive abilities and metabolism. It can even be a simple walk in the pool. Experts advise people who are 65 or older to do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity training per week (or half an hour a day for five days) or replace them with high-intensity workouts, but then they will need to do 75 minutes per week.
