The Public Prosecution Office has begun investigating a communication submitted by the actress’s lawyer, Sherine Abdel Wahab.
The Public Prosecution received from the representative of the artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, a report that her brother and others attacked her inside her home and took her to a mental health hospital to be forcibly entered there, following disputes between them.
In light of the communication, the Public Prosecution asked the director general of the hospital and its medical technical director, whose testimonies contradicted what was stated in the content of the communication. Accordingly, the Public Prosecution seeks to complete its investigations to clarify the truth regarding it, and calls upon all to abide by the official statements it declares alone.
