Al-Marsad newspaper: “Baja” company broke its silence to respond to what was raised regarding the harassment of one of its Saudi employees by his Yemeni manager.
In a statement, the company said: “A reference to what was circulated on social media, in which it was stated that a former employee of the “Baja” company had been subjected to professional harassment by his direct manager, which he mentioned through a series of tweets that were uploaded via the hashtag.
She added: We make it clear in the “Baja” Food Company that an official investigation has been opened in the matter with all parties, and the culprit will be referred, if this is proven, to the competent authorities, and all legal measures will be taken regarding the company’s offensive tweets and what has been attributed to it.
It is reported that one of the citizens revealed that he was subjected to abuse, bullying and injustice by his “Yemeni” manager, noting that the latter “harassed” him while working.
The citizen said through his personal account on “Twitter” that three months ago, a job offer came to him as a sales supervisor in a famous company, and he was very happy with this news, but days later he discovered that the job title was ink on paper and he was assigned to work unrelated to his job.
