President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi answered a question regarding the condition of the elderly lady, Ikhlas, who lives in one of the Nile floats, and is awaiting a decision to remove it.

During his meeting with a number of media professionals and journalists on the sidelines of the inauguration of the high-speed electric train project, Sisi said: “All appreciation for any work or humanitarian issue concerns any Egyptian, especially if it is a woman and an elderly person, but I want to say an important thing, we are reorganizing the Egyptian state.” .

He added: “There are new ways, when we implement them, 3,000 or 4,000 housing units are removed… But when we come to do this, we will compensate people, and I was talking to Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, either they take rewarding compensation or get a housing unit, or In the place where he is currently, we are creating a state and solving problems, but the woman will not complain and her circumstances will be taken into account.”

He added: “I have my head above any Egyptian citizen, especially if a woman or an elderly person, but we are working to reorganize the state once more,” explaining that to make a new path; The state may have to remove 3,000 apartments, and replace citizens with other apartments.
