“Who and if someone was monitoring my phone is of no concern to me because I have nothing to hide”, replies Adonis Georgiadis, in the SYRIZA announcement, which cites an investigation by Reporters United, according to which the Minister of Health fell 11 times victim of an attempted hack on his mobile phone in 2021, when he was Minister of Development.
According to the SYRIZA statement, “Mr. Georgiadis was informed by the Communications Privacy Authority, but curiously, no legal action was ever taken.”
“I admit that even in my biggest fights with Alexis Tsipras, I had so many announcements, posts and comments against me almost for nothing,” writes Mr. Georgiadis in his post on the X platform.
And he continues: “He has dedicated all his vacations to me…Dear Stefan, if you spent the energy you spend against me, you spent it to find a solution for Avgi, your employees would also go on vacation and not just you…”.
