Accordingly, at 19:00 on the evening of March 10, in the area of Sub-zone 14 village, Moc Chau town, Moc Chau district (Son La), the City Police Department on drugs, Son La Provincial Police Department chaired and coordinated with other agencies. Units (Moc Chau District Police, Moc Chau Town Police, Long Sap Border Gate Customs Branch) discovered and caught Thao Thi Dung (SN 1997, residing at: Cang Ty village, Chieng Khua commune) , Moc Chau district; current residence: Buoc Quang village, Long Sap commune, Moc Chau district) for the act of “illegal transportation of drugs”.
The seized exhibits include 16,970 synthetic drug tablets (more than 1.7kg), 2 mobile phones; 1 motorbike, and some other related exhibits.
At the police station, Dung confessed to buying the above drugs from the border, was in the process of bringing them to consumption when he was arrested.
The case is currently under investigation.
