The teams will be divided into two groups of 10 (ten) teams each and will play round-trip matches with each other plus two special dates (5th and 10th) in which all the classics will be played.
The participation of the sub 19 and sub 16 teams will be mandatory, while the sub 14 will be optional and in all cases, the teams may have up to three foreign players among their ranks.

The format
The dates will be developed in a “strip” format starting the day with the sub 14 (in case both teams have the category), then the sub 16 will do it and ending the date the sub 19 will do it.
At the end of the qualifying round, those who have remained in the first 4 (four) positions of each group will be part of the final stage. In this way, the first in zone A will face off once morest the fourth in zone B and so on, classifying the winners to the semifinal.
The instances of the quarterfinals and semifinals will be played in a single match and with the locality of the best classified. The final will be played in round-trip matches, with the best ranked team in the general table being home in the second leg. In the event of a tie, in any instance, it will be defined by penalties (without overtime).
