The father collapsed and died following seeing his son commit suicide. Sri Sadanathil Sadanandhan (63) and his son Darshan (26) died at Moss Corner, Thalassery Dharmadam. The incident happened at 9.30 am today.
Sadanandan saw his son hanging dead in the bedroom of the house and collapsed. He was immediately taken to Thalassery Cooperative Hospital but died. Darshan, an engineering graduate, was working in a private firm. After covid there was no job.
