Many Moroccans continue to suffer when booking an appointment to submit an application for a French visa, despite the measure recently announced by “TLSContact”, the intermediary company specialized in compiling visa applications, to reduce the problem of brokers.

According to what was reported by those affected, visa appointments to enter France have been completely missing for many months, while the new procedure announced by “TLS” raises many questions about its effectiveness.

These affected people complain of other problems related to families whose members wish to submit applications that include people who have previously obtained a visa and other people who wish to obtain it for the first time.

They reported that the company had announced that making a video call to identify the person requesting an appointment would be of interest to people who are applying for the first time and for the Rabat region only. However, this raised several problems for people from other regions.

Despite this, those concerned confirm that some of them actually received a call via video technology, where all their information was verified by company officials, without later receiving any answer about whether their application was rejected or accepted.

According to a number of those affected, the problem of brokers continues and the latest procedure has not proven effective, pointing out that Morocco is the only country where citizens go through all this suffering to obtain a travel visa, while citizens of other countries obtain it with just the click of a button.

In the midst of the high level of dissatisfaction and complaints among those affected, the French embassy and consulate remain without interacting with the protests of Moroccan citizens, related to work, study, or even hospitalization.
