CIt’s a play that an actor would perform morning, noon and night for decades. The decor: nothing less than a neo-Gothic castle, surrounded by an exceptional wine estate (Graves Classified Growth) located in Pessac, on the edge of the Bordeaux conurbation. The story: from the first harvests dating back to 1252, a vineyard planted by an archbishop of Bordeaux, Bertrand de Got, who would become the first French pope and take the name of Clement V.
