Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel was handed a one-match ban by the Football Association following clashing with Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte at the end of a tense match between them at Stamford Bridge.
The two coaches shook hands following the 2-2 draw, but nerves broke out and they clashed before the players and staff members of the two teams separated them.
Referee Anthony Taylor dismissed the coaches following the brawl.
The FA said Tuchel had been provisionally suspended and the reasons for the decision would be published later by an independent panel.
The German coach will also pay a fine of 35,000 pounds ($41,400) while Conte will be fined 15,000 pounds following both coaches admitted to improper conduct.
