There is an increased risk of miscarriage following week 5 with endometriosis. The cause is suspected to be, among other things, high levels of inflammatory factors, suboptimal implantation of the embryo in the uterus. Age can also play a role, as women with endometriosis are generally somewhat older.
It can therefore be difficult to prevent the risk.
If you wish to have children, I recommend that you discuss this with your doctor so that you have a plan going forward.
Moving diet: It is important to have a balanced and nutritious diet. There are no studies that show that a certain diet is good for symptom relief in endometriosis.
I am not aware of any special diet to get pregnant.
Moving exercise/physical activity: Physical activity is good for all people and exercise itself has no negative effects on endometriosis. However, it can vary which forms of physical activity work for someone with endometriosis. However, it is important to strengthen the body, the pelvis, as this can also lead to less pain problems.
