The Emir of Qatar receives the representative of His Highness the Emir of the country, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and head of the Kuwaiti delegation to the “Least Developed Countries” conference held in Doha

The Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, received the representative of His Highness the Emir of the country, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, as part of his leadership of the delegation of the State of Kuwait to the work of the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries held in the Qatari capital, Doha, today. At the outset of the meeting, Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah conveyed the best greetings of His Highness the Emir of the country Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the best wishes of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah to the leadership, government and people of the sisterly State of Qatar, extending congratulations to the State of Qatar on the success of the UN Conference The Fifth United Nations Summit on the Least Developed Countries hosted by Doha, and praise for the high level of representation, organization and preparation for its work and events.

For his part, His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar conveyed his greetings and best wishes to His Highness the Emir of the country and His Highness the Crown Prince and to the leadership, government and people of the State of Kuwait, wishing Kuwait and its people further progress and prosperity.

During the meeting, they also discussed the strong fraternal relations that bind the two brotherly countries and peoples, and ways to strengthen and develop them in various fields for the benefit of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
