It is impossible for many people to hide the appearance of the rumen, despite following a harsh diet, but to no avail. There are factors that negatively affect the appearance of the rumen, among which we will mention the following:
1- Magnesium deficiency
A high intake of magnesium is associated with lower levels of glucose, and for a flat stomach, it is recommended to eat more foods rich in magnesium such as: green leafy vegetables, beans and nuts.
2- Eating foods that are not digested by the body
Foods that the body may be allergic to initially cause internal inflammation, and the more the body consumes them, the more inflammation in it, and therefore, it becomes vulnerable to indigestion problems and the lack of effective absorption of nutrients, which negatively affects the metabolism, weight loss and energy production.
3- Drink a lot of soda
It is known that soda drinks are rich in sugar and calories, which negatively affects the health of the diet, noting that the calorie-free soda increases the waist circumference.
