The first building, already completed, was handed over to the municipality of Ellinikon-Argyroupoli, to house four associations of disabled people.
Rampant urbanization and heatwaves
Recurrent fires further aggravate the problem, since the greenery on the outskirts of the city is decimated. In June 2022, a forest fire closely threatened the town of Ellinikon-Argiroupoli.
