She was part of the volunteer team in nursing work at Maadi Military Hospital following the October war of 1973, when she resided in Qasr Al-Aini and treated the wounded.
Among the activities that Nadia Lutfi participated in, which indicates her humanity, was her defense of animal rights at the beginning of the eighties of the twentieth century, and she also had a major role in supporting the Palestinian cause.
