During the last State of Play de PlayStation, Bandai Namco came to introduce us to his new sci fi TPS soberly named Synduality. An adventure that calls for exploration of the post-apocalyptic world of Amasia at the controls of our mecha.
Besides the trailer, Bandai Namco provide some additional details on PlayStation Blog. Among other things, we learn that we embody “Drifters”, survivor seeking to earn their coin by collecting AO crystals, then described as a “scarce resource that can only be obtained in dangerous terrestrial environments”. The drifters accomplish their missions thanks to their “Cradle Coffin”, these mechas that we can see in the trailer. The developers also point out that these are customizablewhether in terms of appearance or armament.
Finally, it should be noted that Synduality is described as a “PvPvE” game. On the battlefield we will face “xenomorphic creatures named Ender”, but also (when playing online) other players seeking to recover their crystals.
Synduality has no specific date yet, but should be out current 2023 on PS5.
