The driver (36) deliberately drove down a parking lot attendant in Tyrol

The woman deliberately drove towards a signpost at the ski parking lot who wanted to prevent her from continuing her journey following she had already overtaken the column of other guests.

The woman pulled out of the column in her car and drove towards the 30-year-old employee, who signaled her to stop. However, the woman hit him lightly in the lower legs. According to the police, following intensive eye contact and repeated hand signals, the woman ignored this request once more and first hit his shins slightly before she then gave full throttle, causing the officer to lie on his stomach on the hood of the car. He was then able to hold on to the hood. After driving regarding three meters, the woman abruptly stopped her vehicle, whereupon the man slipped off the side of the hood.

According to initial investigations, the 30-year-old was uninjured in the incident. The driver continued her journey at full speed and was able to be located. She will be reported to the Innsbruck public prosecutor’s office for coercion and attempted bodily harm, and further reports will be sent to the Reutte district administration.
