The slight rises in the dollar exchange rate were reflected in gold prices, as the price of an 18-carat gram rose to the level of 939 pounds, while the 21-carat gram recorded a level of 1095 pounds, which is the highest level recorded so far.
The price of a 24 carat gram also increased to 1252 pounds, while the price of an ounce of gold rose to regarding 1953 dollars.
The highest price point for gold was recorded on the March 9, 2022 session, when the price of a gram of 21 karat reached the level of 1090 pounds.
Globally, the global price of gold recorded its lowest level in regarding two weeks, affected by the continued rise in US bond yields and the dollar.
And in early trading Wednesday, gold fell in spot transactions by 0.4% to the level of $ 1941.40 an ounce.
US gold futures also fell by 0.7% to $1944.80, then gold returned to rise to record the level of $1954.
