Lhe partners of Vivaldi met this Tuesday for almost three hours, meeting in kern, a restricted ministerial committee, without being able to agree on the articles to be inserted in the declaration of revision of the Constitution. This is the rule in Belgium: the Chambers are dissolved following the adoption of such a declaration, and time begins to run out: in principle, Parliament must operate on Wednesday May 8, and put an end to the current legislature, this which will lead to the elections on June 9.
