The Health Awareness Department at the Ministry of Health, “Live Healthy,” identified the dangers of the digital world to mental health, which include cyberbullying, constant checking of social networking sites, self-confidence, social anxiety, and depression. She pointed out that the more balanced communication is, the better mental health will be, while adhering to personal relationships rather than mobile phones. This comes as part of a new initiative aimed at improving relations with the digital world without losing the real world, with moderation in use in line with basic needs.
