“The acts will be transcribed within 1 working day – No more months-long delays,” says the Deputy Minister of Administrative Reform K. Kyranakis in his online post, stressing at the same time that the government is open to any proposal that will facilitate the citizens and deal with the bureaucracy.
On the occasion of the operation of the Digital Property Transfer File valid from January 1 at www.akinita.gov.gr the deputy minister of administrative reform, invited the notaries to enter the platform pointing out that their deeds will be transcribed within 1 working day.

We invite the country’s notaries public to join the platform and we promise that the deeds that will be submitted digitally will be transcribed within 1 working day instead of the months-long delays experienced by citizens.
Today we presented the application to the Notary Society of Athens and tomorrow we will be in Thessaloniki for the same purpose. We are open to any proposal that can make it easier for citizens and reduce bureaucracy.”
