Al-Marsad newspaper: The Deputy Governor of the General Authority for State Real Estate, Engineer Nasser Al-Shiha, revealed a prerequisite for disbursing the remaining compensation payments for the lands and buildings that were removed in Jeddah.
The deputy governor linked the completion of documents with the speed of compensation payment, saying: “The disbursement of compensation has begun, and is continuing, in turn, and we urge citizens to complete the documents for the speedy disbursement of their compensation.”
Al-Shiha confirmed, during a telephone interview with the “Ya Hala” program broadcast on “Gulf Rotana”, that the payment of compensation is continuing until the last person who is entitled takes his money.
The documents referred to by “Al-Shiha” include a copy of the deed, the identity of the citizen who owns the land, a copy of the water or electricity bill, a copy of the building, if any, or an aerial photographer, the building’s documentation number, according to what the State Real Estate Authority published earlier.
