Through his Instagram account, Cata Palacios referred to a complex moment of health, which had him in severe pain for regarding four months.
According to her account, she was affected by a herniated disc that initially required surgical intervention. However, she made the decision to look for an alternative.
“I have gone through a very important process for me and very special. I’m not going to romanticize it and say that it wasn’t difficult and hard for me. I grew a lot and evolved at the same time. So evolution is often very painful and difficult, physically and emotionally,” the former Mekano member wrote.
And along the same lines, he told details of his sanction process. “I chose the path of understanding and knowing myself, going through the process of physical pain and fear. It was a very difficult and special 4 months”, she affirmed.
He even announced that he is thinking of writing a book to record these events.
“I lived this process until my complete recovery. I hope to share all the details very soon. I am writing a very important book for me and I hope to integrate all these processes in the next one”, she closed.
