The investigating judge at the Tangier Court of First Instance has set September 5 as the date for a hearing for the defendants in the case.
“Good Group”.

According to informed sources, the investigating judge will begin the investigation in the upcoming session with the group’s director and the 11 accused persons detained in the case, including 9 women and 2 men, regarding the complaints filed against them.

The investigating judge is expected to hear from the group’s director in the upcoming session, as she is the main accused in the case, in the presence of the complainants, some of whom are expected to be confronted in the session with the rest of the accused.

This comes at a time when the Tangier Court of First Instance continues to receive complaints regarding the case, as sources indicate that citizens, today, Friday, filed new complaints in the file through lawyers representing them in this case.

Thus, the number of complaints considered by the investigating judge at the Tangier Court of First Instance exceeded 700 complaints, which shows the difficulty and ramifications of this issue.

The “Al Khair Group” case is widely followed by Moroccans, both inside and outside Morocco, due to the large number of its victims, which is estimated to exceed one million people, distributed across different Moroccan cities and European countries, in addition to the United States of America and Canada.

It is noteworthy that the defendants in this case, along with others who are on the run from justice, were able, within two years, to collect large sums of money estimated at tens of billions of centimes, before disputes erupted among them, ending in the courts to reveal the largest fraud in the history of the Kingdom.
