Although the rate of decline in housing sales prices nationwide is slowing from -0.65%p in the first week to -0.38%p in the fifth week, the decline in the housing sales price in the province widened compared to last week in the case of the fifth week.
Week 5 Weekly apartment prices fell the most in Sokcho (-0.20%) among the 7 municipalities, followed by Wonju (-0.17%), Chuncheon (-0.14%), Samcheok (-0.07%), and Gangneung (-0.04%). ), followed by Donghae (-0.03%). Taebaek did not change.
