Al-Marsad newspaper: A human resources specialist clarified that the decision to nationalize the 4 100% professions is unwise, and does not stimulate the private sector to employ citizens.
And the specialist said during an interview with him on the “An-Nahar” program on Al-Ekhbariya channel: “The decision to settle the 4 professions was not a wise decision 100%. For example, if a private sector has 5 secretaries, it will cancel the job, because it actually does not think in a scientific way, and only thinks in a commercial way, Because the 5 secretaries who have it understand all the work and are diverse, and they know how the job is going, so when you change it, what matters to him and he sees an alternative to another profession, and it may be for a non-Saudi.”
He added: “The secretary in reality does not perform secretarial duties, as he performs a number of tasks as a translator, and is responsible for accounts, according to the volume of work and the diversity of the profession.”
He continued: “Any job title is very rare to perform the same profession, so far from the secretariat. If we bring an accountant, we see him performing accounts and with other work, because the facility is small and has diversity.”
He added: “The Emiratisation is not so simple. The first problem has been solved, which is reducing the proportion of expatriates in the profession, but the second part has not been solved, which is the incentive to appoint citizens. % It is as if you are saying, by God, their gait made them not separate.
He pointed out that the solution is to reduce the percentage of 100% to a lower percentage to motivate the private sector to hire citizens.
