The debate – The West, an “existential threat” to Vladimir Putin’s Russia?

Vladimir Putin claimed that the West would be an “existential threat” to Russia. He has, in fact, presented a doctrine – during a meeting of the National Security Council on March 31 – aimed at adapting his diplomacy to the upheavals on the international scene. This declaration sets in stone the break with Western countries, caused by the invasion in Ukraine. But, what are the priorities of the head of the Kremlin with this doctrine? And what are the impacts for Europe?

A program prepared by Elise Duffau, Léonaure Jaury and Léa Lucas.
