Al-Marsad newspaper: The former head of the Supreme Judicial Council and a member of the Council of Senior Scholars in the Kingdom, Sheikh Saleh bin Muhammad al-Luhaidan, passed away at the age of 90.
Al-Luhaidan’s family announced the news of his death via Twitter, saying: We belong to God and to Him we shall return. May God bestow our condolences and the condolences of the Islamic nation on the death of our sheikh and father, Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Luhaidan. May God have mercy on him, and prayers be upon our sheikh today, Wednesday, 2/6/1443, following the followingnoon prayer at Al-Rajhi Mosque in Riyadh.
Al-Luhaidan was exposed to a health crisis in the middle of last month, following which he was transferred to the intensive care unit.
