A medical source and another from the Sahar family, who had the first lung transplant in Egypt, revealed her death.
The two sources told Masrawy that Sahar suffered from the repercussions of the operation during the last 72 hours following the work of the new lung and its removal from the medical perfusion device, two days before she died.
The two sources indicated that her family received the body yesterday, Thursday, and it was buried in the family graves in Fayoum.
