The Limburg Regio Hoofdstad (LRH) area police were informed around 8.45 p.m. of an accident involving a moped on the Mombeekdreef.
It appeared that a moped had collided with a tree. The driver and passenger were seriously injured. The emergency services took them to the hospital in critical condition. The local LRH police made the necessary findings and closed the area. The Limburg public prosecutor’s office dispatched an expert on site to determine the circumstances of the accident.
