Happy birthday Boshi. Some remember it as this machine double-double having often carried on his slender shoulders the Raptors early in his career. Others will remember him for his time at Heat and finally, fans of Spurs probably have irreparable consequences from this rebound captured in the hands of the colossus in the NBA Finals. To celebrate its 3rd spring, Trashtalk decided – which in itself is not a huge decision – to look back on that day when Chris Bosh was… at the top of his game?
January 20, 2010. Traveling to Milwaukee, the Raptors started the season well (21-21) and intend to extend their good series that evening against the Bucks. THE Daims, in difficulty at the start of the year, know that they will have to deal with a cantankerous player. For his seventh season in the big league, Bosh runs at 35 minutes per game and records 24 units and 11 catches in each outing. He will also be elected All-Star for the fifth time in his career. But Milwaukee knows that in the event of management of the strong winger, the victory is acquired. To the Raptors, Chris Bosh is far from having supporting cast which he would inherit Heat the next year : ses best allies are one Hedo Turkoglu on the decline, the illustrious Andrea Bargnanifirst choice of the Draft 2006 which will never reach thehope scouts who compared him to Dirk Nowitzki (yes yes!), and a young DeMar DeRozan, rookie this year. The latter is already propelled to the rank of starterbut too inexperienced to help win the Dinos.
