Accompanied by two members of his team, Téo Bouricas and Olivier Maka, a brand new team has taken over the reins of the kitchen and dining room. But the price of energy and the increase in the cost of goods got the better of the restaurant, which unfortunately closed its doors this Sunday, March 26.

But Fabrice Van Genechten quickly bounced back because he will take up a new challenge at the Van der Valk hotel in Verviers. “Since Monday, March 27, the former chef of the “Enjoy By Ethan” restaurant has taken over the reins of the kitchen and dining room at the Hôtel Verviers. Fabrice Van Genechten joins the team as Food & Beverage Director.
